Our puzzles are random cut, meaning each puzzle is completely unique.
Therefore we are not able to locate missing pieces that will match your puzzle
exactly, and so we cannot replace lost pieces.
If you’re sure your missing piece is due to a manufacturing error, we sincerely
apologise. As puzzlers ourselves, we know how frustrating is it to finish a puzzle
and not be able to see the complete image. We pride ourselves on selling puzzles
of the highest quality. However, mistakes can happen, and from time to time a
less than perfect product slips through the net.
